Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended to help us manage vehicle flow, minimize wait times, and keep our promise to our customers. However, we realize emergencies happen and do our best to accommodate walk-ins when possible.
What types of vehicles do you work on?
We service all makes and models - foreign and domestic!
Do you offer a warranty?
Of course! Most qualifying repairs are backed by our 36 Month / 36,000 Mile Nationwide Warranty for added peace of mind.
How long will my repair take?
Repair times vary depending on the type of service, parts availability, and diagnostic time required. We will provide an estimated timeline before repairs begin whenever possible.
Do you work with extended warranties?
Yes. We work with many aftermarket warranty companies and service contracts. Coverage and approval depend on the warranty provider and policy terms.
Are you able to tow my vehicle?
We do not have a tow truck - we reccomend calling

Do you perform alignments?
Yes. We perform wheel alignments using professional alignment equipment to help improve tire wear, handling, and vehicle safety.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (3% processing fee for credit), debit cards, cash & local checks. We do not offer financing.
I am still under manufacturer warranty. Do I have to go to the dealership for scheduled maintenance or repairs not covered under warranty?
Nope! You do not have to return to the dealership for routine maintenance, oil changes, brakes, tires, alignments, or other non-warranty repairs in order to keep your manufacturer warranty valid.
The important part is that maintenance is performed according to the manufacturer’s recommended schedule and that records are kept.
If your vehicle needs a repair that is specifically covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, that repair is typically performed through an authorized dealership.

We understand having the family vehicle break down hundreds of miles from home was probably not part of the college bucket list. Our team is here to help make the process as stress-free and transparent as possible. We are happy to discuss repairs, explain findings in detail, provide estimates, reccomend a towing service and collect payment over the phone so you can stay informed every step of the way, even from a distance.
