Billy is Elite Auto Care’s Heavy line Technician, specializing in the larger and more involved repairs that keep vehicles running reliably. With years of hands-on experience, he focuses on major mechanical work including engines, suspension, drivetrain components, and other complex repairs.
Billy takes pride in doing the job right the first time and making sure every repair meets the shop’s high standards for quality workmanship and safety. His attention to detail and steady approach help ensure customers can get back on the road with confidence.
Andrea
Andrea helps keep things running smoothly at Elite Auto Care. She handles scheduling, orders parts, answers phones, and helps keep repair orders moving through the shop throughout the day. If you’ve called to schedule an appointment or had questions about your vehicle, there’s a good chance you’ve spoken with her. Andrea works closely with customers, technicians, and suppliers to help make the repair process as organized and efficient as possible.
